Registration for Fun 4 Hours is a two-step process to ensure safety, accurate information, and fair access to limited spots.
Step 1: Complete the Registration Form
This form collects required information about your child, emergency contacts, and permissions.
Registration forms only need to be completed once per child.

Why are there two steps?
To ensure we have accurate information for safety while allowing families flexible scheduling, waitlists, and refunds.
Do I need to fill out the form every time?
No. The registration form is required once per child unless information changes.
